Moore Home Services HVAC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead performance across our Residential HVAC, Plumbing, Drains, and Electrical divisions. This senior role focuses on sales processes, revenue generation, and operational efficiency, with accountability for profitability and workforce productivity.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in operations management or sales leadership within field service.
• Proven track record of improving sales processes and revenue performance.
• Experience managing budgets, operational performance, and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of service operations, scheduling, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve sales processes across HVAC, Plumbing, Drains, and Electrical service departments, from inquiry to completion.
• Drive revenue growth by monitoring KPIs, identifying gaps, and implementing scalable processes.
• Develop and deliver sales training, coaching, and performance management for managers and technicians.
• Partner with leadership to execute strategies that support revenue growth, gross profit, and retention.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations for efficient workflow and exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyze revenue, gross profit, conversion, ticket size, labor utilization, and service metrics to identify improvements.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, dispatch coordination, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing on lead management and growth initiatives.
• Establish accountability through goals, scorecards, and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee fleet, inventory, tools, and equipment management.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and frontline staff.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
