The candidate will train and coach staff, implement promotional campaigns, and optimize inventory and processes to meet store targets and customer expectations.

• Broad hardware product knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Minimum 5 years in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop associates using the S.A.L.E.S. process.
• Implement marketing strategies including in-store promotions and advertising.
• Resolve customer and employee issues promptly.
• Lead the store team to meet and exceed goals.
• Be proficient with store technology including the POS system.
• Develop ideas to increase store traffic and execute them at retail.
• Monitor cash, scheduling, discipline, ordering, inventory and operations.
