Job summary

Atrium Home Services is seeking a driven Comfort Consultant to partner with the HVAC and Sales Managers to meet sales KPIs and budgets. You will engage customers to identify needs, present service and equipment options, and support field technicians and post-sale projects.

Responsibilities include converting leads, educating customers on financing, building rapport, and traveling to homes. A valid US driver’s license and strong communication skills are required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert sales leads into sold work for the HVAC install department.
• Interpret the service technician recommendations and perform additional inspections to understand the issue and educate the customer on home repair needs.
• Develop multiple service options to meet long-term home repair needs of the client.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Educate the customer on financing options.
• Collect client information and maintain accurate interaction notes.
• Participate in required company trainings and meetings.
• Travel to customer homes.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
