Job summary

Atrium Home Services is seeking a driven Comfort Consultant to partner with the HVAC and Sales Managers to meet sales KPIs and budgets. You will engage customers to identify needs, present service and equipment options, and support field technicians and post-sale projects.

Responsibilities include converting leads, educating customers on financing, building rapport, and traveling to homes. A valid US driver’s license and strong communication skills are required for this on-site role.

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

The Comfort Consultant will work closely with the HVAC Manager and Sales Manager to achieve sales KPIs and meet departmental budget and production goals. The successful candidate will engage with customers to understand their needs and offer the best services and equipment solutions. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, offering evaluations and quotes, supporting field technicians, and managing post-sale projects.

What You’ll Do:

What Does It Take?

Physical Requirements: This position requires frequent driving, standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing stairs throughout the workday. Employees must be able to safely navigate residential homes and properties, including basements, attics, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, and other confined or restricted areas as needed to evaluate HVAC systems and customer needs. The role may require climbing ladders and frequently lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, including equipment, tools, product samples, and other materials. Work may be performed indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, dust, dirt, uneven surfaces, and other conditions commonly encountered in residential HVAC environments.
