Job summary

TCL North America is seeking a Home Comfort and HVAC Operations Manager to drive end-to-end supply planning, inventory management, and process improvement across its Comfort & HVAC business and distribution channels in North America.

Reporting to the GM, Comfort & HVAC, this role coordinates Production, Sales, and Inventory planning, collaborates with Sales, Product, Finance, Logistics, and global factory teams, and leads S&OP, PSI, demand forecasting, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, demand planning, or order fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, PSI planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Experience coordinating forecasts, demand and supply, and ERP records.
• Proficient in Excel and operational reporting; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sales and Operations Planning across Comfort & HVAC categories.
• Maintain PSI plans and reports to track demand, supply, and inventory positions.
• Consolidate monthly/quarterly forecasts and coordinate adjustments with cross-functional teams.
• Assess demand changes, production constraints, and supply gaps; mitigate risks.
• Improve forecasting accuracy, PSI reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor inventory across channels; optimize stock levels and turns.
• End-to-end order management from receipt to shipment; resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor fulfillment performance and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Ensure accurate customer master data, pricing, and ERP records.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process docs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate status to stakeholders.
