Job summary

TCL North America is seeking a Home Comfort and HVAC Operations Manager to coordinate end-to-end operations, including PSI planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment across its Comfort & HVAC lines and distribution channels.

The role involves cross-functional leadership, process improvements, and data-driven reporting to meet service levels and cost targets. Hybrid office environment in Minneapolis, MN is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; 5+ years in supply chain/operations/demand planning, preferably durable goods or HVAC.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, PSI, demand forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Experience coordinating forecasts and aligning demand with supply availability.
• Experience maintaining customer master data, pricing, and ERP records.
• Proven ability to develop operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate S&OP across Comfort & HVAC categories to align forecasts, production, supply, and inventory targets.
• Maintain PSI plans and reports to provide visibility into demand and inventory positions.
• Consolidate forecasts, validate assumptions, and coordinate adjustments with cross-functional teams.
• Assess demand changes and risks; coordinate mitigation plans to maintain service levels.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and PSI reporting through process improvements.
• Monitor inventory across channels to minimize excess and aging while maximizing turns.
• Coordinate end-to-end order processing and fulfillment with Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Track KPIs such as fill rates, on-time shipments, and inventory turns; prepare management updates.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives; document processes and standardize workflows for scalability.
