Job summary

TCL North America is seeking a Home Comfort and HVAC Operations Manager to drive end-to-end supply planning, inventory management, and process improvement across Comfort & HVAC and its distribution channels. You will coordinate PSI, demand planning, and order fulfillment while ensuring accurate customer data and alignment with service levels and cost targets.

Reporting to the GM, Comfort & HVAC, you will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Logistics, and global factory teams to forecast

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in supply chain, operations, planning, or order fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, PSI planning, forecasting, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
• Experience coordinating forecasts with supply and demand across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate S&OP across Comfort & HVAC categories aligning forecasts, production, and inventory targets.
• Maintain PSI plans and reports for demand, supply, and inventory visibility.
• Consolidate monthly forecasts and coordinate adjustments with cross-functional teams.
• Assess demand changes, production constraints, and supply gaps; coordinate mitigation plans.
• Improve forecasting accuracy, PSI reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
