Knauf Insulation North America seeks an experienced HVAC Business Development Manager to drive growth across the HVAC market by developing strategic opportunities with the C&I Sales Team. You will build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and buying groups to expand Knauf HVAC product adoption.

This commercial role combines market development, stakeholder engagement and strategic account management to sustain Knauf’s HVAC growth initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience in the building and construction industry preferred.
• Experience working with HVAC distributors.
• Proven track record of sales success in the HVAC industry.
• Experience working with HVAC contractors; exposure to duct fabrication strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives.
• Translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives by collaborating with C&I Sales regions to align goals, expectations, and territory-level execution.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to increase product adoption and expand the customer base.
• Strengthen Knauf’s presence in the HVAC market through active participation in national and regional HVAC associations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and buying groups.
• Influence purchasing decisions by communicating the value and applications of Knauf HVAC products.
• Partner with Territory Managers and Key Account teams on joint sales calls and strategic account development.
