Job summary

RectorSeal is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for Air Distribution in the Eastern US with remote work options. You will accelerate growth for TRUaire and Shoemaker GRD lines, engaging contractors, distributors, and engineers, while leading pricing, quoting, and market analysis activities.

You will split time between relationship development (training, visits, calls) and data‑driven tasks (pricing, market research, Excel dashboards, and Hubspot CRM).

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HVAC distribution or related technical sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Resides in the Continental US on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

• Be the go‑to expert for GRD — build brand presence and support distributors.
• Balance relationship‑building with data analysis, pricing, and quoting.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on sales strategies and growth initiatives.
• Lead product and application training sessions for contractors, reps, and distributors.
• Attend tradeshows and industry events to represent RectorSeal and build GRD visibility.
