RectorSeal, a leading HVAC solutions provider based in Houston, seeks a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth of TRUaire and Shoemaker GRD lines in the Eastern U.S. You will blend relationship-building with data-driven analysis to expand market share and train distributors.

The role requires 4+ years in HVAC distribution, travel up to 40%, and comfort with Excel, PowerBI and Hubspot. You’ll collaborate with regional managers and represent RectorSeal at trade shows while driving

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Resides in the Continental US on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to GRD expert, building brand presence and supporting distributors.
• Engage contractors and distributors through training calls and site visits (~40%).
• Analyze data, pricing, quotes, and coordinate with internal teams (60%).
• Track opportunities and quotes in Hubspot with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on strategy and growth.
