AIIR Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager for the Southeast U.S. to drive regional revenue growth by winning early specifications in hospitality construction and renovations.

You will build a strong pipeline, manage channel partnerships, and influence HVAC specifications during design and pre-construction, while collaborating with product, marketing, and operations to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Experience in hospitality, HVAC, construction, or related markets.
Proven success in consultative selling and closing new business.
Experience influencing project specifications.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
CRM and pipeline management expertise.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned to growth targets.
Build and manage a strong pipeline (5x quota) across hotel development and renovations.
Influence HVAC specifications during design and pre-construction phases.
Build relationships with developers, owners, brands, and design teams.
Develop and manage rep and distribution partner network.
Drive expansion into modular, multifamily, student and senior housing markets.
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM pipeline management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations.
Manage key accounts and ensure successful project execution.
