Job summary

Denillo Heating and Air is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations for the Pittsburgh area. The role carries full P&L responsibility, oversees sales, service, installation, and admin functions, and reports directly to the Owner. Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills are essential.

The position is a senior leadership opportunity within a well-established HVAC company, offering a base salary and performance bonus based on profitability and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of General Manager or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• Experience managing a company with $3M+ in annual revenue.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide full operational leadership across sales, service, installation, and administrative departments.
• Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop department managers and team members.
• Drive revenue growth, improve gross margins, and increase operational efficiency.
• Oversee commercial and residential project execution.
• Monitor daily KPIs and financial reports, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Resolve escalated customer and internal issues.
• Execute strategic initiatives in alignment with ownership's goals.
