Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, or 4+ years in a similar role.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience in a matrixed organization
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• English (Required); Spanish (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations management and drive efficiency and profitability.
• Lead leadership team and service staff; manage budget and forecast.
• Establish KPIs to track performance and implement quality control.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; manage vendor program.
• Coach, train, and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with regional VP and other departments.
