HVACEXEC.com Recruiters is seeking a General Manager for a Pittsburgh area residential and commercial HVAC firm with 40+ years of local service. You will oversee sales, service, installation, and administration while driving growth and maintaining quality and integrity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a GM or similar role, strong English communication, and proven P&L oversight with a $5M+ revenue business. This position offers competitive compensation and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in General Manager or very similar role.
• Associate's degree or higher.
• Experience in managing a $5M+ Annual revenue company.
• Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Highly organized; detail oriented; Self-starter.
• Valid driver's license and insurable through company insurance carrier.

Their founder, and now his son, pride themselves on providing homeowners with reliable comfort solutions and treating them with the personal attention of a good neighbor. When problems arise or improvements are wanted, they offer a full range of products and services, including timely, on-target repairs, helpful replacement advice, and energy-efficient upgrades.

Due to their impressive growth the past few years, they now seek a General Manager to lead the charge in 2027 and beyond. We seek a well-qualified candidate with the ability to supervise and grow sales, service, installation, and administrative functions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in General Manager or very similar role
• Associate's degree or higher
• Experience in managing a $5M+ Annual revenue company
