IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services, seeking a HVAC Foreman to lead on-site operations in Indiana. You will support operational excellence, maintain high-quality standards, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and field personnel to meet project goals.

The role focuses on coordinating internal departments, safety compliance, and accurate reporting while driving process improvements.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous foreman responsibilities experience preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.

Responsabilidades

• Perform assigned duties and responsibilities in support of departmental and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operations procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to assigned responsibilities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
• Communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Assist leadership and team members with daily operational activities.
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
