IES is seeking an HVAC Foreman to support operational excellence and quality on active project sites. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel to ensure objectives are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, maintaining records, and driving process improvements while adhering to safety standards and company policies. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Foreman responsibilities and experience preferred.
• Certifications or licenses relevant to HVAC/foreman roles preferred.
• Experience in safety, documentation, and on-site coordination is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties to support departmental and company objectives.
• Maintain safety standards and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
