Job summary

IES is seeking a Field HVAC Supervisor to support operational excellence, uphold safety standards, and ensure quality in field projects across our commercial, industrial, and renewable energy markets. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel to meet company objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, experience supervising HVAC activities on-site, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant certifications preferred where applicable.
• Experience supervising HVAC activities in field settings is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site at multiple locations and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in support of departmental and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for assigned responsibilities.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Assist leadership and team members with daily on-site operations.
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
