Job summary

J. Morrissey & Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician - Training & Development to mentor and develop apprentices while remaining active in residential service work. You will lead field coaching, oversee diagnostics, and ensure high workmanship and customer satisfaction across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across heating and cooling systems.
• Experience with gas, oil, propane, heat pumps, A/C, hydronics, and related residential equipment.
• Leadership, mentoring, or training experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
