This hands-on leadership role keeps you connected to the field while guiding the next generation of HVAC professionals.

You will coach, evaluate, and mentor technicians, improve diagnostic skills, and ensure service standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Extensive HVAC service experience required.
• EPA 608 Type II/Universal Certification required.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to train and evaluate technicians.

Responsibilities

• Coach technicians during field ride-alongs and calls.
• Evaluate diagnostic skills and service performance.
• Provide training on troubleshooting methods.
• Develop customer communication and professionalism.
• Track development and coach for improvement.
• Lead training sessions and participate in meetings.
