Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years direct HVAC or industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to large groups.
• Must be computer literate; able to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-one escalation support and diagnostic guidance for complex HVAC and building control issues.
• Coach and train customers and HVAC technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
• Conduct site visits to investigate product failures and training needs.
• Act as technical liaison between customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve field issues.
• Perform other duties as required.
