Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Building System Surveyor to support HVAC sales teams with on-site surveys, design deliverables, and pre-sale activities.

You will collaborate with COE application engineers, manage subcontractor relationships, and ensure accurate documentation using Salesforce and Office 365. The role requires 5+ years in HVAC field operations or 8+ years in HVAC sales, plus CAD experience and IP networking knowledge.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years field experience in HVAC operations, installation/service, or 8+ years HVAC sales experience.
• Experience with IP networking basics (Layer 3 concepts).
• Experience with computer aided drafting software (CAD).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and JCI branches.

Mansioni

• Conduct timely and accurate mechanical equipment or control system surveys on-site to support pre-sale needs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for bid quotes and pricing proposals.
• Prepare COE survey documentation and deliverables using Salesforce and Office 365 tools.
• Review project costing estimates with local management before submitting deliverables to sales.
• Ensure adherence to standardized processes and maintain site survey documentation.
