Job summary

Gustave A. Larson is seeking an Account Manager - Service Advisor in Albuquerque. You will provide hands-on HVAC technical support to dealers and technicians, helping the outside sales team select and quote the right equipment and systems for each job.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in HVAC/R, strong communication skills, and a proven sales track record. Responsibilities include servicing branch operations, pricing support, and facilitating national sales programs with Territory Managers.

Qualifications

• 5 years (or more) of HVAC/R industry experience; residential HVAC experience is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Outlook).
• Highly motivated and detail oriented.
• A proven track record of sales and selling skills experience.
• Valid driver’s license/driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for dealers and technicians in the field.
• Assist outside sales team in selling right equipment and recommending systems.
• Perform service advice and guidance on phone or in person.
• Help manage service and parts operations at branch levels; inspect equipment locally or remotely.
• Present and execute national sales programs with Territory Managers; support branch counter operations.
