The candidate will manage daily operations, ensure EPA/OSHA compliance, coordinate with dispatch, review estimates, and monitor KPIs for profitability. A strong leadership background and HVAC expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Management or related field.
• 5+ years HVAC service experience with 2+ years in leadership or management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor HVAC service technicians with team meetings and ride-alongs.
• Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and job assignments with guidance.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and local HVAC regulations.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customer service to optimize schedules and flow.
• Review estimates, invoices, and technician recommendations for accuracy.
• Track KPIs, monitor job costing, and profitability.
