• 5+ years HVAC/R industry experience, residential HVAC experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication (Outlook).
• Highly motivated and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to dealers and technicians in the field.
• Assist outside sales with recommending equipment and systems.
• Support inside sales and branch operations, pricing, quotes.
• Read and explain wiring and piping diagrams.
