Job summary

AAF International is seeking a Service Technician Lead for Austin, TX. The role involves leading a team to install and service HVAC filters, perform field diagnostics, and ensure compliance with safety standards on customer sites.

You will coordinate with operations for scheduling, maintain detailed service reports, and support warehouse activities as needed. The ideal candidate has HVAC certification, hands-on experience with tools, and at least 3 years in commercial HVAC, with a valid license

Qualifications

• HVAC certification from an accredited program.
• Experience using hand tools.
• OSHA 10+ certification required.
• 3+ years in commercial HVAC installation or service.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor service technicians on filter replacement and field tasks.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinator for route planning and scheduling.
• Supervise safety and performance meetings with the team.
