Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC. The role leads a team, coordinates service delivery, and ensures safety and compliance onsite at client facilities across Texas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management or related field is a plus.
• Current universal refrigeration license and/or other trade licenses as required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management and HVAC background.
• Demonstrated track record as a Facilities Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned personnel, develop work schedules, and monitor performance.
• Act as project leader and primary on-site contact for customers.
• Plan and supervise service delivery; provide hands-on support and training.
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate with safety crews.
• Maintain daily safety, health, and environmental records; ensure PPE usage.
• Conduct monthly safety walks and coordinate site safety topics with the Site Safety Technician.
• Interpret compliance requirements, blueprints, schematics, and O&M manuals.
• Cover defined shifts and ensure contract compliance.
