Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technician daily work orders for repairs.
• Manage prioritization of repairs and optimize technician routes.
• Prepare bi-weekly technician schedule with Service Manager & Operations Lead.
• Distribute work orders daily and adhere to priority guidelines.
• Assist with reconciliation of past due invoices for accounts receivable.
• Reconcile technician expenses with work orders after project completion.
