Carrier is seeking a Commercial HVAC Field Service Coordinator in Atlanta to efficiently dispatch, schedule, and assign field technicians for repairs while handling documentation and warranty paperwork. You will work with staff to gather, verify, and process necessary records to optimize service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service and 1 year scheduling experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience scheduling workforce.
• 6+ months experience supporting customers via telephone and email.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and dispatch technician daily work orders for repairs while ensuring scope of work and time requirements are well communicated.
• Manage prioritization of repairs while optimizing technician assigned routes to align with job requirements.
• Partner with Service Manager & Service Operations Lead to prepare bi-weekly technician schedule.
• Proactively distribute work orders for jobs daily.
• Adhere to scheduling guidelines and work order priority to manage schedule.
• Assist with the management and recording of non-productive technician time.
• Will support the accounts receivable team with reconciliation of past due invoices.
• Reconciling technician expenses with work orders after project completion.
