You will deploy standardized tools, support the Service Team, and enhance customer satisfaction while improving productivity and profitability. Success requires strong leadership, development of staff, disciplined service execution, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 10 years of HVAC experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with tact and judgment.
• Organizational and time management skills; able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Independent work style with team collaboration; ownership of issues and resolutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Grow labor and material revenue, gross margin, and service asset performance.
• Set and track goals for team growth, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead the Service Team to ensure consistent service delivery and customer experience.
• Support warranty closures and drive issue resolution with customers.
• Maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional work.
• Forecast and manage overhead accounts with accuracy and accountability.
