Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead our truck-based service team in the United States. You will drive labor and material revenue growth, oversee safety, and ensure high customer satisfaction through disciplined service execution.

You will recruit and develop technicians, manage forecasts and overhead, and partner with leads to deliver reliable service and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC or related service fields.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the truck-based service business to grow labor and material revenue and margins.
• Lead the Service Team to ensure consistent service delivery and customer experience.
• Plan labor needs, recruit, hire, and develop team members.
• Approve timesheets and manage bookings, accounts payable/receivable.
