Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an experienced Service Operations leader to drive profitable growth of the truck-based service business. You will manage assets, personnel, and budgets, while expanding the customer base and ensuring satisfaction and safety.

Develop strategic plans with service and sales teams, network in the community to win new contracts, and coach staff to exceed performance targets and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Eight years of HVAC/Service industry experience.
• Five years of direct management of large diverse teams.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, sales or account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; platform skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service truck-based business to drive profitable growth and service excellence.
• Manage assets (people, financials, materials) to meet profitability goals.
• Develop strategic operating plans aligned with sales and service goals.
• Identify, secure and retain service customers through networking and proposals.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and planning.
