Central Cooling & Heating in Woburn, MA is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead, coach, and develop our HVAC service technicians. The role oversees daily field operations, drives productivity and customer satisfaction, and partners with dispatch to optimize resources.

You will guide technicians, manage KPIs and safety standards, and contribute to budgeting and staffing efforts in a fast-paced service environment. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• HVAC service management or field leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, troubleshooting, service, and repair.
• Experience leading and developing HVAC Service Technicians.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of OSHA field safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC Service Technicians.
• Oversee daily field service operations.
• Drive technician productivity, performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure the right technicians and resources are assigned to each job.
• Provide technical guidance on complex HVAC service and troubleshooting issues.
• Monitor KPIs, callbacks, labor hours, service quality, and overall department performance.
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve field issues.
