Haynes Mechanical Systems is seeking a Dispatcher to efficiently deploy field service technicians to customer sites and coordinate workflow, ensuring timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service, dispatching or scheduling experience, and strong MS Office skills. We value punctual attendance and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Dispatching and/or team scheduling experience.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service.
• Enter work orders into the dispatch board in BuildOps and assign technicians.
• Schedule technicians to customer sites, track schedules, and communicate schedules to customers.
• Review reports to ensure scheduled time and actual time on a work order are accurate.
• Review reports weekly to ensure work orders are entered and coded correctly.
• Update dispatch notes and ensure a resolution code is populated in the work order.
• Inform the Service Manager and Service Supervisor of progress and issues affecting operations.
