Job summary

Trane Technologies in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and direct the activities of operational resources to support service agreements and repair work.

You will liaise with Field Technicians and Service Managers, schedule labor and materials, and ensure work is completed within financial standards while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College/technical degree with 3 years related experience, or 5 years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Excellent Customer Service skills; extremely comfortable on the phone.
• Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
• Interacts with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch technicians.
• Coordinates operations interaction with Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and requests.
• Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, and generates reports.
