Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Coordinator II to join our team in a on-site role. You will plan, coordinate, and direct activities of operational resources to execute service agreements and repair work, while communicating with Field Technicians and Service Managers.

The position requires strong customer service, multitasking, and familiarity with MS Office; overtime or weekend work may be required as needed.

Qualifications

Must have strong customer service skills and be comfortable on the phone.
Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
Interacts with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch technicians.
Coordinates operations with the Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and routing them to the appropriate staff.
Generates work orders and project paperwork, and produces various reports.
