Accelera is seeking an HVAC Field Operations Supervisor to lead residential installation teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery and safety standards in the Houston area. You will be the primary contact for builder partners, mentor subcontractors, perform site inspections, and drive continuous improvement while safeguarding profitability and on-time completion.

This on-site role requires hands-on HVAC experience, strong communication, and coordination across schedules, codes, and field

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience.
Ability to manage multiple construction projects concurrently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy.
Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
Valid driver's license and field-ready flexibility.

Responsibilities

Direct and mentor subcontractor installation crews to meet timelines and quality.
Conduct site inspections for rough-in and trim readiness.
Collaborate with builder superintendents to resolve design or installation issues.
Manage field change orders and coordinate repairs for profitability.
Oversee project scheduling and ensure compliance with local codes.
Provide performance feedback and leadership to drive improvement.
Review and approve subcontractor invoices after completion of phases.
