Job summary

Airtron in Houston seeks a Field Supervisor to lead subcontractor HVAC crews on residential and light commercial projects. You will verify readiness for rough-in and trim, schedule installations, and manage punch lists to ensure quality and on-time completion.

You will coordinate inspections, review invoices, and mentor crews while upholding safety, standards, and client service. This role requires strong leadership and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC installation experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a field supervisor in residential new construction or related experience.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Manages a group of sub-contractor craftsmen (installers and helpers).
• Walk jobs regularly and verify readiness for HVAC rough-in and trim installations.
• Coordinate installation dates with scheduling team and ensure jobs are ready for installation.
• Review sub-contractor invoices and approve after work per phase.
