Job summary

Service Experts LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Supervisor, Field Operations to oversee technicians and helpers installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial HVAC equipment. You will lead safety, staffing, and quality checks while supporting technicians on difficult tasks and coaching teams.

You will also participate in training, scheduling, and occasional service work, ensuring customer needs are met and company standards are followed on every project.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training and 10+ years of experience.
• Proven leadership abilities and capability to train others.
• Experience delivering technical and customer service excellence.
• Must hold valid licensing/certifications as required by jurisdiction.
• EPA and safety certifications are required.
• Advanced skills in servicing commercial HVACR equipment and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Be a Safety Leader to all technicians in your area.
• Lead installations, retrofits and large-scale projects.
• Schedule and assign technicians and crews to maximize productivity.
• Represent the company professionally to customers and manage field operations.
