Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC field experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proven leadership and ability to train others in technical skills.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVACR systems and diagnostic procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations, retrofits, and large-scale projects.
• Perform site visits, review performance, and coach field staff.
• Ensure safety rules and practices are followed by all technicians.
• Schedule and assign technicians to maximize productivity.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
