You will be the primary contact for builder partners, mentor subcontractors, perform site inspections, and drive continuous improvement while safeguarding profitability and on-time completion.

This on-site role requires hands-on HVAC experience, strong communication, and coordination across schedules, codes, and field

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple construction projects concurrently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and field-ready flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor subcontractor installation crews to meet timelines and quality.
• Conduct site inspections for rough-in and trim readiness.
• Collaborate with builder superintendents to resolve design or installation issues.
• Manage field change orders and coordinate repairs for profitability.
• Oversee project scheduling and ensure compliance with local codes.

• Oversee project scheduling and verify that all installations comply with local building codes and inspections.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and leadership to field teams to drive continuous improvement.
