Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Manager, Field Operations to lead the Field Management team, set objectives, priorities, and deadlines to meet goals. You will oversee supervisors and individual contributors to ensure success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include directing subcontractors, managing vendor relationships, monitoring service calls, and ensuring performance standards align with client SLAs. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of HVAC experience required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work responsibilities.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Management team by defining objectives, priorities and deadlines.
• Address customer complaints to assure resolution and maintain relationships.
• Provide direction for CSR's and subcontractors to meet SLAs and commitments.
• Monitor service calls/PM activity and travel up to 10%.
• Manage vendor relationships and perform quarterly business reviews with clients.
