Service Experts is seeking an Operations Manager in Jacksonville, FL to troubleshoot HVAC questions related to service repairs, analyze spend trends, and optimize maintenance costs for clients while maximizing uptime. You will process quotes from service providers and coordinate with national accounts customers.

The role requires at least 6+ years of field experience in commercial HVAC, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years in the field is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• HVAC industry knowledge and service management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with basic computing tools (Word/Excel) and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Review and manage all repair quotes submitted by service providers and submits to the National Accounts customer.
• Conduct strategic account review meetings with clients on total cost of ownership.
• Provide technical support for the department and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical assistance for customers and help with billing problems.
• Support dispatch with technical problems and ensure regular attendance.
