Job summary

Engineering Excellence National Account seeks an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to oversee technicians involved in installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial HVAC equipment in Blue Ash, OH. The role requires strong leadership to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on projects.

You will lead staffing, train staff, review performance, and coordinate with the Branch Manager to meet customer needs and company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with EPA and safety certifications.
• 10+ years of HVAC experience and advanced knowledge of commercial HVACR equipment.
• Ability to train others in technical skills and customer service.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations, retrofits and large projects.
• Mentor and train technicians; ensure safety compliance.
• Schedule and assign technicians to maximize productivity.
• Perform site visits and quality-control reviews of completed work.
