Job summary

The role requires proven service-industry leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans across teams. This is a full-time position with potential bonuses and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HVAC/Home Services business management role including KPI/P&L.
• Experience with KPI tracking and financial oversight in a service business.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Promote a team culture focused on delivering excellent customer service.
• Lead managers of other divisions and drive sales through company processes.
• Implement strategic plans and ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.
• Monitor performance using key metrics and adjust plans to maximize profitability.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and safety compliance.
