Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service management experience.
• Proven leadership or managerial experience.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan is required.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the HVAC service department, ensuring efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, profitability.
