That’s a typical day leading Airtron’s service team—where safety, quality, and customer care come first.What You’ll OwnLead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing crew of service technicians.Champion a customer-first mindset focused on professionalism, responsiveness, and craftsmanship.Oversee daily service operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive execution.Support field staff in resolving customer concerns and delivering outstanding outcomes.Track quality, customer feedback, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.Coordinate staffing, scheduling, materials, and resources to meet demand.Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and operating procedures.Recruit, train, and retain top talent to strengthen the team.Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and the customer experience.Safeguard company assets—including vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.Minimum Qualifications5+ years in HVAC, field service, or a closely related trade.3+ years leading field teams with proven coaching and performance management.Exceptional customer service orientation and team development ability.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.Preferred QualificationsBackground as an HVAC Sales and Service Supervisor.Working ConditionsOpen, fast-paced office environment with frequent coordination across teams.Regular travel by vehicle to and from job sites and customer locations.Occasional visits to customer homes.Indoor and outdoor work in all weather (heat, rain, cold, wind) with appropriate PPE.Physical RequirementsFrequently lift and move up to 20 pounds.Drive and operate a motorized passenger vehicle.Wear required PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective safety vests, gloves, and safety-toe, construction-grade boots.Comfort with extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting.Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds to use phones and office equipment safely.With natural or corrected vision, maintain close, distance, and peripheral focus with normal depth perception.Clear verbal communication to convey information effectively.Data entry via traditional keyboard and/or 10-key numeric keypad.Use of arms and hands to reach overhead; signal, grasp, hold, lift, turn, push, and pull objects and tools.Technical Proficiency ExpectedHVAC/R SystemsJourneyman’s LicenseEnvironmental Protection Agency (EPA) CertificationHVAC Service & InstallationHVAC MaintenanceHVAC TroubleshootingHVAC RepairMaintenance and Repair SkillsMachines & Technologies You’ll UseRefrigeration/Cooling Systems
