About the RoleAs our Residential HVAC Field Operations Supervisor, you’ll be the on-site champion ensuring installations meet builder specifications, schedules stay on track, and quality never slips. You’ll guide subcontracted installer teams, partner with builder superintendents, and jump in on service, maintenance, or installs when demand requires it. You walk each site, confirm rough-in and trim stages are ready, and flag any issues early. You coordinate installation dates with the scheduling team, verify the job is prepared for crews, and make sure each phase gets checked off. Throughout the day you meet builder supervisors to resolve design questions, close out punch lists with subs and the office, process billable field change orders, and—when needed—schedule inspections with local authorities.
