About the rolePicture your day: you start with a quick huddle to balance the schedule, confirm safety priorities, and align field resources with customer commitments. By mid‑morning, you’re coaching a Lead Service Technician on a complex startup, then reviewing documentation quality and closing the loop on yesterday’s escalations. After lunch, you meet with the Equipment Sales team to plan execution for upcoming projects, and wrap the afternoon by riding along for a site observation, reinforcing safe work practices and mentoring a newer technician.
