Job summary

Airtron in Mount Juliet, TN seeks a Residential Climate Systems Service Mechanic to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and commission new systems at customers’ homes. You’ll document results, maintain safety and cleanliness, and communicate clearly with customers and dispatch.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 1+ year HVAC service experience, EPA certification, and strong English communication.

• Align daily route with office team priorities.
• Plan parts needs ahead of appointments to ensure readiness.
• Transport and account for parts, materials, and tools.
• Submit complete, accurate documentation on time.
• Debrief each call with dispatch and customer, documenting outcomes.
• Restore jobsite cleanliness before leaving.
• Uphold vehicle cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Model performance standards and code of ethics.
