• Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex diagnostic challenges and advanced field troubleshooting.
• Design and implement comprehensive training curricula to elevate technical proficiency and tier-advancement of the service team.
• Optimize customer satisfaction by minimizing service callbacks and ensuring first-time repairs.
• Develop and maintain agile field processes that align with company performance objectives and service standards.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to evaluate new product offerings and refine service delivery models.
